We want you to be happy with anything that you have bought from us!
If you are not, then any item purchased directly from Roca Redonda Press may be returned for full refund of the item's purchase price, less a 10% restocking charge. "Purchase price" is the cost of the item and does not include any shipping/handling charges which are not refundable. Any item returned for refund must be in saleable condition. A request for refund must be made within 30 days of our shipment date.
In order to be eligible for refund these additional steps must be taken:
- email info@rocaredondapress.com with a request for a return authorization code (RAC). Please explain how the item did not meet your expectations. No items will be accepted for refund unless this has been done. You should receive a return email with your RAC within two business days, unless we are on vacation.
- AFTER receiving the RAC, return the item by a carrier which has a TRACKING NUMBER system, or by INSURED mail. Roca Redonda Press does NOT pay for this shipment. If the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to provide a refund, and you must make a claim for the value with your carrier.
- Please write your RAC on the outside of the return package.
- If the above conditions are all met, and the item is, indeed, in saleable condition, your refund will be made by check and mailed to you within three business days of our having received the returned item - again, unless we are on vacation at the time the return is received. If the item is damaged in the return shipping, again we will not be able to provide a refund, and you must make a claim for the value with your carrier.
We strive to present enough information about our products that an informed decision as to their usefulness to the purchaser can be made. However, we do recognize that until you actually have an item in your hands, there is always some lack of information. That is why we offer this return policy.
