Age:   (Validated Range 25-95 years)
  Symptomatic Neurologic Process
  Peripheral Vascular Disease
  Diabetes
  Prior CABG
  Pulmonary Disease
  Unstable Angina


       

Total Risk Index Points:  

Estimated CVA Risk (Validated Range 1-30%)
CABG:    
OPCAB:    Using 0.66 Odds Ratio (OR) 
One Valve:    Using 1.8 OR
Two Valves:    Using 2.2 OR

Intraoperative TEE evaluation of aorta is strongly recommended as ASPVD significant disease here greatly increases CVA risk.
